Our client approached us to refresh the living and dining spaces of their elegant Victorian townhouse, honouring the property’s original character while introducing a sense of modern comfort.
In the Living Room, we added depth and architectural character by building out a chimney breast on what had been a flat wall. This created the perfect setting for tall, bespoke joinery on either side, featuring LED lighting, brass-accented shelving, and wallpapered panels.
In the Dining Room, we designed a custom leather-upholstered booth seat. Steel-framed doors were introduced to provide a striking, contemporary contrast to the home’s original period detailing, while an antique mirror was positioned to reflect natural light and visually open up the room.
Throughout both rooms, we curated beautiful, contemporary furniture and soft furnishings to complement the new scheme.
