Every design project is unique, therefore the key to success is to ensure that the spaces reflect the clients' style and requirements. It is important that we take the time to understand how you will live in and use the property.
We can then begin to build a tailored brief which factors in time scales, style, and budget. Once we have a full understanding of your design needs we will then create a proposal including the brief, FF&E costing and any associated design fees.
After confirming the brief, we will then present the concept design. This will include concepts, themes and styling all communicated through floor plans, elevations and models to illustrate furniture proposals and architectural changes that may be required.

Once the concept design has been approved, we can progress onto the detailing of a project.
We enlist our experienced team to finalise the bespoke furniture and joinery details, which will be presented as a complete package containing construction drawings, finishes, and a furniture schedule.
For projects requiring photo-realistic Interior and Architectural visuals, we can create full 3D visualisations to bring the space to life.
Accurately capturing the proposed environment and detail; from lighting, composition, texture and colour, a real sense of the resulting scheme and the ambience it brings, can be digitally imagined.

After a plan of works has been agreed, we can commence on site where our project managers and designers will be on hand to attend regular site meetings and ensure everything is on schedule and executed to the exact project specification.
Our team of designers and tradesmen will ensure that the client is kept up to date as well as overseeing the installation of loose furniture for the project. We will personally unveil the project demonstrating how each element works, but also be on hand for professional support once the project is complete.
