Detailed design and extensive structural works have transformed this hill top farmhouse into a classic contemporary family home. The Cinema Room underwent a full structural renovation which included floor to ceiling windows to take in the landscape views, whilst balancing the dimensions of the space.
A fully concealed four metre wide cinema screen is activated using an iPad. The iPad also controls the other state of the art audio visual equipment including the lighting, window dressings and slot fireplace, which forms the focal point for the bespoke flat screen wall.
The Garden Room extension was designed and built to maximise the quality of light with a partially glazed roof and folding doors to connect the interior and exterior. We created a feeling of understated elegance with carefully selected finishes throughout from reclaimed French roofing tile floors to fabrics and wall coverings in a soft colour palette.
